• Accuracy of Specifications: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications for your custom design. Jarmorb3D is not liable for errors or defects resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Please allow 10-14 days for order processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the nature of the product.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
• Delivery Issues: If your product arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to address the problem.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

• Returns and Refunds: Customized products are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the approved design.
• Replacements: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please follow our Replacement Policy to request a replacement.
